At Lip Service, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags. Please ensure all garments are in their original condition to qualify for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Affix the label to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier location within 7 days of generating the label.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
